More of a 4.5 rating because the building is always hot and stuffy, but price to portion ratio and taste it's a great spot. Because it's on the hill it's open late- already a bonus. Hands down...

Very much worth considering and a decent value. Counter service. You really can't go wrong with kebabs over rice.
