We stayed at Limelight Boulder and wanted an easy breakfast - Ajax exceeded expectations! Our server Samantha was awesome, very attentive. I got the omelette and fluffy pancake - both delicious....

Great breakfast at Ajax. The Eggs Benedict were perfect. I'd definitely get the gooey Cast Iron Sticky Bun again ... so addictive
