History

Michelle founded Agua y Sangre Healing in 2013 to create more for herself and her community - aiming to (re)connect marginalized peoples with their innate healing abilities. Agua y Sangre Healing crafts elemental healing sessions that help you reclaim your entire existence - mind, body, and spirit - and promotes empowerment and joy through the art and practice of self care and ancestral medicine. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, recovery from stress and trauma, or are hoping to achieve better balance in your life, our wellness services are the foundation to healing your past, present, and future self. Our community wellness studio is conveniently located near the Platt Park neighborhood, just off of South Broadway in Denver. Our work is rooted in tradition and ancestral medicine - and aims to be both empowering and nurturing, all while facilitating the process of awakening your body's own innate healing abilities.

Specialties

We love working with our clients on a variety of issues. Our focus, and background, includes: managing stress, anxiety, and depression; trauma recovery & resilience of spirit; healthful menstruation, fertility support, and prenatal & postpartum care for all people - (cis) women, trans, and non-binary folks; managing, and healing from, chronic & acute pain, beyond just the physical manifestations of pain.
