Aspen Valley Health Primary Care is Aspen Valley Health's family medicine and internal medicine practice with locations in Aspen and Basalt. The clinic offers comprehensive medical care for adults, children and infants, focused on health and wellness, disease management and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Benefit from a team-based approach to a vast array of resources, including behavioral health, diabetes education, nutritional counseling and more. We accept Medicare and Medicaid patients. Our Primary Care clinic is part of Aspen Valley Health for Medical Care.

To better serve the community’s evolving healthcare needs, Aspen Valley Health offers walk-in care at the Snowmass Clinic in Base Village. The clinic provides comprehensive services for non-life-threatening issues, and allows our medical staff to better serve the people who live, work and vacation in the Roaring Fork Valley. The 6,300 sq ft state-of-the-art clinic features on-mountain access, dedicated patient parking, and comfortable private consultation rooms for patients and their providers. Enhanced rehabilitation care for physical therapy patients is also available onsite. The Snowmass Clinic is a walk-in facility that is owned, operated and billed as an outpatient department of Aspen Valley Health. Open seven days a week year-round, the clinic treats minor injuries and illnesses of all kinds. Our physicians are trained in emergency medicine and supported by registered nurses, EMTs, X-ray technologists and physical therapists. Diagnostic capabilities include X-rays and limited laboratory services. Aspen Valley Health Medical Center is just a few miles from the clinic and provides an extensive array of diagnostic, emergency, inpatient, outpatient and surgical services. In addition, local physicians provide follow-up care. As an outpatient facility of the Hospital, the Snowmass Clinic has the full back-up support from the Hospital’s emergency department, a Level III trauma center. We accept cash, check, credit card and multiple insurances. As a courtesy, our billing office will file a claim with your insurance company.
