Marvin W Foote Youth Service Center
Founded in 1997, Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center, also known as MWFYSC, is a juvenile facility that houses detention, sentence and committed youths from more than 10 counties in Colorado. The center features a school, medical clinic, dining hall and recreational areas. It offers food and educational solutions. Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center also provides visitation solutions. The center offers participation opportunities in a selection of enrichment and vocational programs. In addition, it provides classes in math, science, English and physical education. Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center is managed by the Colorado Department of Human Services, which is governed by the State of Colorado.
