Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members. Located in Longmont CO, we offer services professionally to aid adults to continue living in a safe environment independently, based on personal needs and preferences with respect and consideration. The Company is designed to meet the unique needs of clients and families. Services are tailored to assist individual and family to achieve optimal level of function. Care is based on the respect for the dignity and worth of each individual. Services will be provided in the least restrictive setting. Client/family are active participants in the care planning process. Services provided are non-medical home care, which includes personal care, housecleaning and companion services.
