History

My name is Frank Stratton - the Frank behind A Frank of All Trades. I have always been known as a handyman by friends, family and colleagues, alike, because I love projects - big and small. Fixing things and coming up with solutions is my passion. And now I am doing it for a living, as A Frank of All Trades. I learned my carpentry skills as a young boy from my grandfather and honed those skills doing construction jobs in high school. I started my career in residential HVAC service and installation in my hometown of Alexandria, Minnesota nearly 20 years ago. I met my wife while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, which ultimately brought me to Colorado - where I have lived and worked for the last decade. During my time in Colorado I continued my career in residential HVAC for many years and then transitioned into commercial facilities management, fire detection systems and project management.
