The owner was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Take your business somewhere that doesn't turn your business away just because you don't ride a bike from their preferred country of origin.

Last season I bought new tires from this shop. Gary gave me a good deal, helped me find a decent cheap tire, and had them mounted very quick. He also did it without making any fun of my '81...
