History

Hello! I'm James C. Harrod, and I am the Owner/Manager/CEO of 5280 Management Group LLC. Originating in 2009, my 5280 Management Group LLC handles the rental property management needs for my portfolio of single family residences, primarily condominium units. Entrepreneurial by nature, I got my start in the rental property management business back in 1980, when I purchased my first condo. However, I was preceded in this business by my Mom, Bea, who became a property manager for her own rental properties in the mid-1970s, and still manages her own properties today. Further, I was also preceded in this business by my Aunt Jimmie, who also became a property manager for her own rental properties in 1960. Both my Mom and my Aunt have been excellent role models for me, and my family's involvement in this business goes back 56 years...amazing!
