The 11th Hour Trauma Retreat provides more individual therapy than any other retreat. You will have a custom designed program based on your individual needs, including types of therapies used, timing and duration of therapies each day. All of our therapies are researched based and have been shown to be effective. We use many different therapies as needed but the main therapies are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Therapy, and Relational Therapy. Clients receive treatment for as many days as they need. Each day provides 6-8 hours of individual therapy with a trained and specialized trauma therapist.
