DOWL s traditional engineering services include road design, site drainage plans and utility systems. The company specializes in eliminating potential delays by offering geotechnical investigations, seismic risk evaluations, environmental impact studies, surveying and mapping. It also provides services in environmental protection and cleanup design. The company is a subsidiary of NANA Regional Corporation, which is located in Kotzebue, Alaska.
