Zumba With Eileen

History

I never really enjoyed working out in the past. I was always able to find an excuse or two to not go to the gym. Nothing was that fun so I would stick with it to get the endorphins going until I tried my first Zumba class back in 2011. After a few classes, I was hooked and wanted to pursue teaching shortly thereafter. After a couple of years teaching classes at the Y, Gold's Gym and 24-Hour, I decided to invest in myself and start my class at Marti's. Over the years, I've met so many great people, many of whom I spend time with outside my Zumba class. If you want a fun, engaging exercise class, come try my Zumba class! You will not only get those endorphins pumping, you will have a great time and meet wonderful people.

Specialties

The workout consists of Latin-inspired, dance fitness that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The cardio based dance movements are easy to follow steps that include body sculpting and the most important muscle in the body-the heart.
