Yes, Sifu Zhong is a great person as well as an accomplished martial arts instructor. His staff is easy to workout with and his gym has everything you need to get a great workout!

Came here to watch a mma event and the staff at the event was just plain rude . ... there was multiple fights within the crowd thru out the night . Security was just a joke. I didn't feel safe...
