History

Zenith was founded in the Bay Area with the mission to support in-field construction and residential structural engineering and has expanded since then from 2 engineers to 30 with offices throughout California. With our design-build approach to engineering, we help homeowners navigate their new home construction, addition design, remodel or wall demolition engineering with patience and sensitivity knowing this could be your introduction to construction. Our experience with different building materials gives you a chance to explore more energy efficient designs, sound dampening walls, or even quieter construction approaches. We provide lump sum or fixed fee pricing so you are confident in the successful completion of your project. Motivated by client satisfaction and quick submittal processes, we enjoy sharing our expertise to make your project run as smooth as possible.
