1. I insist on the PROPER result: The prosecution's case is almost always flawed. I identify shortcomings in the prosecution's case- and fearlessly fight for the proper result. When the prosecution presents an insufficient case, the proper result is dismissal or acquittal. 2. I expose the truth about the prosecution's evidence: Prosecutors often rely on false assumptions and unsound science (smoke and mirrors) to get convictions. I take nothing for granted, and I refuse to allow the court to do so. 3. I defend the innocent: The prosecution charges innocent people with crimes. I defend the innocent. 4. I advocate for the person who made a mistake: I understand that people make mistakes. It is important for these individuals to have a trained advocate work for a fair resolution- while simultaneously limiting undue stress, judgment, and bewilderment. I am that advocate.
