HistoryI started ArtEffects with two partners, a bookbinder and a photographer. Since 1989, I have been the sole owner. I love old lighting and started my business by selling the work I created. Soon, people were asking for custom work and I have been creating custom work ever since. However, lately, I am doing more of my own creations.
