Founded 75 years ago, the Youth Orchestras of Fresno (YOOF) has transformed from a small all-city string ensemble into three large orchestras that serve a diverse student population across the Central Valley. Committed to fostering leadership, teamwork, and cultural awareness, YOOF brings the world of orchestral music to a largely underserved community.

YOOF offers students aged 5 to 18 the opportunity to enhance their musical skills through auditions and performances while celebrating their artistic achievements with no ticket cost for audiences. The organization aims to raise a minimum of $75,000 this year as part of its anniversary mission to further expand programs, outreach, and opportunities for youth in the arts.
