History

Owner Megan Hessler was trained & certified and established Brow Basics by Meg in San Francisco, CA in 2013. She wanted to create a warm and comfortable environment for her clients and to also give other PMU Artists the opportunity to succeed on their own. She opened a full service permanent makeup shop in the lovely neighborhood Rockridge of Oakland, CA in 2021.
