HistoryThe year 2017 marks Phillips Family Dental Care's 50th year of service to our community. Keeping it all in the family, the practice initially was started by Dr. Justin Phillips' father, Dr. Lloyd Phillips. After graduating from dental school and serving two years as a dentist in the Air Force, Dr. Justin Phillips' father and mother settled in Santa Rosa. In 1967 Dr. Lloyd Phillips opened the dental practice on the second story of Coddingtown Mall near Baskin Robbins and the following year baby Justin was born. It was in 1973 that the current location on Cleveland Avenue was constructed. After Dr. Justin Phillips graduated from dental school in 1996, the father and son dental team worked together for nearly a decade. In 2003, a full remodel of the dental office was completed incorporating state-of-the-art equipment.
