Try to service my reel myself and lost a pen that goes inside the spool. took it to Young's Tackle and not only did they fix it but they serviced it as well. I'm very pleased with my reel.

Shop is amazing in every sense of the word. Has about all the tackle you need. Maybe not everything that you think a shop should have, but they have everything you need, and at a reasonable price....
