Bad customer service. The cashiers have a nasty attitude. They won't take your Ralphs reward card. I will start going to the 76 gas station across the street.

As much as I hate this Shell station, it's the closest one to my house. I wouldn't suggest coming here by yourself at night especially if you're a girl. Better yet, don't come here alone period....
