As a Health Coach I help people who are struggling with lack of energy and weight loss by discovering what food is good for their unique body. I go deeper to discover why underneath the why. What make them slow down or give up . I hold their hand and go with them throughout the 90 days. Nutrition alone is unable to solve the issues faced with weight, health, and body image. Psychology by itself is also unable to provide us with the proper foods we need to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
