Yosemite Dental Oakhurst

History

Yosemite Dental Care is a dental office originally started in Mariposa by Dr. Thomas Wieg in 1984. Dr. Timothy Wieg and his Fiancee Karen Watanakeere purchased that practice from Dr. Thomas Wieg in December of 2016. Dr. Timothy has since looked to form a new partnership with business partners Halvor Halversen and Robert Kurtz as Triton Dental LLC, to establish a second dental office under the same brand of Yosemite Dental Care. Triton Dental LLC, purchased the practice of Dr. David Essex February 9th, 2017. They are excited to provide Oakhurst with a familiar brand of dental service. Dr. Thomas Wieg has also elected to provide his time serving the people of Oakhurst as an associate dentist in this new practice, with Dr. Essex continuing to work with Yosemite Dental Care Oakhurst as an associate dentist until his retirement.

We provide free preventive work (teeth cleanings, dental exams, x-rays) to make sure that you can afford to keep your teeth cleaned. We provide better availability, open from 7am - 7pm, and feel free to give us a call 7 days a week, any time of day or night. We work with your schedule so you don't have to worry about inconvenient appointment times. Are you tired of having dentists turn you away because they don't accept your insurance? We work with all insurances, and for those that don't have insurance, we provide our own In-Office Dental Plan for significant and competitive discount rates on all restorative procedures, at a fraction of the cost compared to other dental insurances.
