I tried to get my dog neutered and ended up playing phone tag and got no where????? 1st went to yolo spca web site and clicked link to spay and neuter and I ended up on an Japanese web site????...

I am not sure what the normal response time is, but I left voice mail and text messages over 2 weeks ago with no response. Tried calling again today and the vm box is full. :(
