About Butte County Office of Education Butte County Superintendent of Schools serves as an intermediary between the state and local school districts within each county. Migrant Education and California Mini-Corps programs are also provided through Butte County Office of Education, with several sites all providing teaching assistance to migrant students throughout the state of California.
