The Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center was founded in 1978 to aid newly arrived Chinese immigrants in dealing with the myriad challenges of immigration and cultural adaptation. Its programs help non-Chinese immigrants, refugees and other disadvantaged groups, including the Hmong, Mien, Vietnamese, Ukrainian and Russian populations in Sacramento.
