I have been teaching yoga for 3 years in the San Gabriel Valley. Yogi To You is my way of bringing yoga to you, wherever you need it!

My name is Eva and I am the Yogi To You. I deliver yoga joy to you, wherever you are. I offer in-home private yoga, corporate yoga and yoga classes at various facilities in the San Gabriel Valley. If you are looking for a personalized yoga experience away from the crowds or need a sweet class to ease your day, I will take care of you. My classes blend Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga poses as well as pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra (guided mediation), as needed, depending on your needs, the time of day or the length of time you have. I offer students with limited mobility Chair Yoga or Yoga for Hospice. My focus is YOU; your safety, your experience and your joy. My goal is for my students to leave a class having been challenged, yet feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for whatever is next. I hold a 200 hour 'Yoga of Mystics' as well as 'Chair Yoga for Everyone' certifications. I am currently completing my RYT500 (11.2014), the most rigorous certification available for yoga instructors.
