I started teaching yoga in my basement to friends in high school, over 35 years ago, but began teaching professionally during my teacher training in 2017.

Specialties

Enjoy therapeutic and gentle yoga, yoga for seniors, beginning yoga, level 1 and 2, kids yoga with Pam, a Yoga Therapist student, 200-hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher with a 30+ year practice. Group classes or private sessions available. Monday gentle yoga at 1 pm at Evolve Gum Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning yoga at 1 pm at Evolve gym Fridays FREE gentle yoga at 11 am at the Fountain library Saturday at 10:00 am kids yoga at Evolve gym Saturday at 11:15 am beginning/level1 yoga at Evolve gym
