I really enjoyed this class! The pace was reasonable for every level with the suggestions of how to take if further if you could. Though I prefer yoga in a dimly lit room the class overall made...

History
I graduated from The Swedish Institute School of Massage Therapy in Manhattan, NY in 1997. I received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at 7 Centers in Sedona, AZ, and have been teaching Yoga privately and in studios since 2001. I am a Reiki Master, an Organic cook, an Astrologer, and I have a Bachelor's of Music from the University of Miami. I am not a Doctor, nor do I claim to be. I initially had a massage business in NYC that focused on the treatment of injuries.
