If you need some late night relaxation, I highly recommend their Recovery Restore class with David M. It starts around 8:30 pm and I always feel so much better afterwards. It involves yin yoga...

i loved doing yoga sculpt here because morgan was very friendly and welcoming also her class pushed you. I also loved taking becca's sculpt class it was very good.

I love power flow classes! Yoga box is so neat and organized and they even have towels and mats for rent which is great if you're just starting out or ever forget. Will keep coming back here.
