日本でも人気があるAriel Yoga がpalm springs でも体験出来ます。 Jenn さんは とても優しくYoga 経験の全くない私も楽しく通っています。安全面にとても注意をはらってくれて安心してYoga を習うことが出来ますし、ジョークや楽しい会話で和ませてくれます。 クラスの値段もリーズナブルです。是非一度試してください。
