Alycia is awesome. It was my first hot yoga class And she made me feel totally at ease. I am looking forward to going again. Word to the wise, drink tons of water cause you will sweat A LOT.

I do not recommend, the yoga studio was dirty, and there are only 1 to 2 instructors. Limited available classes of up to two a day. The pre-paid classes are almost always canceled. Not to mention...
