The Historical Society of Pomona Valley operates the Ygnacio Palomares Adobe, a museum showcasing the rich history of the Pomona Valley through preserved artifacts and period antiques. Visitors can explore the 1854 adobe home of the Palomares family, as well as other historical sites such as the Barbara Greenwood Kindergarten and Phillips Mansion, each offering unique insights into the region's educational and architectural heritage.

Committed to protecting and preserving local history since 1916, the society also engages the community with various tours and events. The Palomares Adobe serves as a focal point for historical education, presenting the cultural narratives of the Palomares and Vejar families alongside artifacts from the area's early Catholic Chapel.
