I didn't actually use this service, but my only question to most all the people leaving 1 stars: You already saw the other 10 1 star reviews. It's more than sorta on you for booking these people...

Improvement needed in customer service. Language barriers and simple courtesy. Also driving skills needed to ensure client safety. Had terrible experience, I am not using this service again!!!
