Sara Grossi, MD is a highly skilled surgical oncologist and board-certified general surgeon specializing in all aspects of breast health, including benign, high-risk, premalignant, and malignant breast pathologies. With a patient-centered approach, Dr. Grossi offers the latest innovative localization technologies for breast conservation surgery, as well as nipple sparing mastectomies, skin sparing mastectomies, and axillary surgery, working closely with plastic and reconstructive surgeons to ensure the best possible cosmetic and safe oncologic outcomes.

As an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at UC San Diego School of Medicine, Dr. Grossi is dedicated to teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, fellows, and colleagues.
