I have lived in Yardley Gardens since May 2005 and I love it. It's a small complex, less than 60 units, and all of the buildings are only one floor, no having to worry about noisy neighbors above...

Do not trust the manager. She won't let you ask too many questions before you move in there. If you do ask questions, she will come up with a reason not to let you move in: after ripping you off...

Ok 2 bedrooms. 1 bath. Close to schools and mall. Some neighbors are good a few ok ones. But not too bad.
