Customer service is terrible. The upgrades are not improvements. Software is buggy, confusing not well planned out. There is also the issue of patient security. Will be switching to more reliable...

Their customer service has improved. We are happy with the software. There are still limitations but I'm hoping in time as the company progresses these will improve.
