I hated the idea of gyms. I can't count how many times I told my self "Jeff, work out" then 10 minutes later end up buying a rack of ribs from Costco. Slowly I convinced myself and ended up here...

This gym is much more crowded now compared to back in the day, when we had to check in with xtreme fitness ID cards and they would manually retrieve when we were checking out. There are too many...

I still love this gym, eventhough it's gotten even more crowded. But it's not his fault that he is irresistable....err... Updated to reflect restroom cleanliness and the new (pay for) water...

Don't let the name of this gym fool you... the only thing "Xtreme" about this place is its cleanliness. Aside from that, it's your typical low-tiered gym with nazi-like rules that the staff...
