Handcrafted, we believe in quality over everything. We take great pride in creating everything from scratch. From our artistically presented food, to our colorful Huichol art decor. We use fresh herbs, vegetables and never frozen seafood and premium steaks. Handmade tortillas and tortilla chips. We fire roast vegetables on charcoal to make fresh salsas. We grill all our meats on charcoal grills to give them the unique taste and smell only a charcoal grill can infuse into food. We infuse our drinks with all natural herbs, spices, fruits and aromas.
