History

My dream, since childhood, was to start my own business. To make that happen, I obtained my business accounting degree in 1994. In 1995, I obtained my first entry-level accounting position. Over 15 years, I worked my way up to management level as a staff accountant, tax accountant, human resource manager and controller. When my last employer decided to sale the business, I decided it was time. In 2009, with the support of several trusted CPA's, I opened X-Act Bookkeeping. My mission then, as still is now, as follows 1) to develop a close relationship with my clients where they feel comfortable contacting me at any hour, 2) to provide small to mid-size companies with accurate bookkeeping. 3) to save my client's money by charging less than a CPA firm to complete the same work. For over 10 years now, I have helped many companies get started and/or grow to success. I am passionate about what I do and I plan to continue for many more years. I am very fortunate to be living my dream.
