Saturday mornings with Claudette. She rocks my socks; I lost 30 lbs with her. I'm so sorry I had to leave her. Especially since I'm slowly becoming a fatty in the city. Damn good food and beer!

Always get the support her that I need... Even when I have gone off track I just keep coming back and the leaders are so great at open up dialog for real feeling s and habits around food issues....
