Cindy is the best. Saturday morning meetings feel like family and this program really works! I am down 52 pounds since January that's only 9 short months!! Amazing program you wont be disappointed.

Cindy's meetings on sat. morning are the best!! She really makes you want to not miss a meeting. Alot of weight lost here. She makes everyone feel good about them selfs. Never a dull meeting!!!...

Went here a few years ago. The program worked and I would definitely try again. Maybe after the summer ends.
