Placed an order in May, it's now November. They don't answer the phone and the mailbox is full. They don't respond to emails. I'm assuming I'll never see my carpets or my money...

Terrible terrible terrible. Awful customer service. Takes forever to fill order. They send wrong product, then deflect all responsibility. "Customer is always wrong" is their motto.
