Since we opened, our presence in the community and the friendly nature of San Clemente has made us feel at home. We are constantly using customer feedback to increase product availability, try new products brought to market all the while using strong customer service as our focal point. Pacific Water Solutions believes strongly in keeping business local as much as possible so we keep a referral wall inside the store for customers to add to or search for a business. The environment is very important to us, which is why we have partnered with San Clemente Green to promote reusable, single drinking water bottles available in different sizes, colors and price points. All our gallon water bottles are FDA approved and made in the USA. Safety is an important process in water filtration and we believe in using only the safest, best products that are a good value. We also offer other environmental friendly products to better the health and wellness of your family. Inside our store you will see on-site displays of reverse osmosis and other types of water purification systems, filters for the shower and replacement filters for your existing filtration units in addition to being able to fill your existing water bottles at our convenient water filling stations. Outside our store, we offer the service of changing your filters in your home or office and providing you with a reminder service so that you will always have fresh, clean water for your family.
