History

WOOD&STONEmusic started in 2011 and was based in Hawaii. Jarred grew the business to the point where he was gigging once to twice a night, and also performed at 2-3 private events per week. In the summer of 2017, Jarred moved to San Diego to continue his physics career at UCSD where he and WOOD&STONEmusic reside. Jarred is now accepting gigs in the San Diego area!

WOOD&STONE is a musician inspired by the soulful music of Otis Redding, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, and Michael Jackson. With a musical style unlike what you're expected to find in San Diego, his music is perfect for a wedding couple looking for an authentic talent at their wedding or a house party looking to inspire dancing and fun. WOOD&STONE can come with a lot of authentic, positive energy, or offer a delicate touch to an event with some soft background music to enhance the atmosphere. In Hawaii, he was a regular musician at venues like the Mai Tai bar, Buho Cantina y Cocina, The Modern's The Study, LBLE, The Monkey Pod, Tiki's Grill and Bar, MOKU kitchen and many others.
