History

I started in the mortgage industry in 1988. I began as a loan officer working for Directors Mortgage, which at the time was the largest independently owned mortgage company in California. I eventually decided to get my California Real Estate Broker's license in 2000 and have been primarily working as a real estate agent since then. However, I still have very close ties in the mortgage industry and I use those connections as effectively as I can to help make sure the buyers I represent have the proper financing in place before we go home shopping, and I use it to protect my sellers by making sure that the buyers who we are considering a offers from can get the necessary financing. I don't know of very few real estate agents who have over a decade of mortgage experience behind them.

As the owner and broker of Williamson Realty, I use my 30 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries to help my clients prepare for, and then execute the purchase and/or sale of real estate. My goal is to make this process as seamless as it can possibly be by helping to make sure my clients are properly prepared and then protecting their interests every step of the way in the purchase or sale of their home. I live and work in Rancho Cucamonga California, and have helped my clients buy or sell real estate in all areas of Southern California, but I am most familiar with the Inland Empire.
