Looks like many like to bash this WIlliams-Sonoma store. The bashers are tourists, often snowbirds and not locals that rely on this establishment as their local source for kitchen ware. This...

I guess we're in that demographic now :) Our entire kitchen was kitted out with IKEA plates and bowls for two decades. Then one day, my SO said "These don't look so good. We should replace them...

Customer service is very poor. Manager does not allow people browsing We got kicked out of the store because we had our little service dog with us, even though our friend was allowed in with her...

On top of having great quality gifts.... William & Sonoma make's ordering online very simple..... I found a item that I wanted to purchase... but none of the surrounding stores carried it IN...
