What a joke. Visited the Temecula office to get an x-ray ordered by my Doctor. I called in advance and was told they were open till 5:30 PM. Arrived at 4:30 and was told by a VERY rude office...

Dr Kelly is a scam....He billed us 300-400 three months later even after the deductible was paid and the staff received pre authorization. We are reporting him to the CA medical board.

As the prior 2 reviews have stated my wife had similar experience with approval for procedure from medicare company...she went in they did not ask for co pay and our insurance tells us there is 0...
