History

My own journey of healing lead me into massage therapy and energy with, and to later lead me into craniosacral and other therapies. I started doing massage therapy as a freelancer right out of school in Redlands as well as volunteering for a hospice massaging the patients. I have spent the last 8 years cultivating my skills and expanding my understanding of life, the body and the human experience to be able to not only provide a superior service, but to, at grass roots, help my fellow humans be the best they can be. I strive with every session to keep the needs of my client in the center of my focus to provide unique session tailored to your needs. Making sure every client feels, Heard, Held And Acknowledged. My method is Influenced greatly my experience In self healing. Particularly, working with whatever layer shows itself in order to get true, lasting results. As well as helping with posture and assisting in identifying negative patterns of thought, diet and movement, my modalities include Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofacial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Chapman Lymphatic Reflex, Visceral Manipulation (Organ Massage), Craniosacral Biodynamics, Brain Gym, EFT, Somatic Resourcing, Heart Math, sports massage, Prenatal massage, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Polarity therapy, Chakra balancing, and Reiki.
