The Valley Intercommunity Council has been dedicated to serving older adults in the San Fernando Valley for over 60 years, providing essential nutrition, exercise, wellness classes, and social interaction to those in need. With a commitment to supporting vulnerable seniors, they delivered over one million meals during the COVID-19 pandemic and continue to provide over 300,000 meals annually to homebound clients.
All services offered by the Valley Intercommunity Council are free of charge to qualifying seniors, thanks to the passionate staff who ensure clients receive the best possible care. Their programs include exercise classes, mental health education, and referrals to additional free services, all sustained by a minimal monthly contribution that helps maintain these critical services.

I go to my chair exercises with Luella, she's an excellent instructor! I love her classes. I like to go for lunch and socialize with friends. The majority of people are very friendly.
